Mindfulness in Everyday Life
Learn what it means to be mindful of body, mind, emotions, and life. Dr. Norma Harris will lead participants in activities that will help to you to recognize your natural ability to be mindful and aware. The 90 minutes will include guided exercises, group discussion, and practice. Experiential homework will be assigned and discussed.
This is a four week program that meets every Sunday from 9:00am – 10:30am starting January 7th.
Individual class drop-ins are allowed.
